The T&E Analyst Junior role, is responsible for day-to-day management and control of employee travel and expense activities. This includes reviewing and approving requests and expense reports, performing PEP checks on third parties, administering the corporate card and travel programs, and providing high-quality support to employees.
Job Responsibility
Employee Support & Stakeholder Communication
Perform PEP checks of third parties in Dow Jones as part of the pre approval process and escalate any red flags in line with compliance procedures
Manage clearance of expense reports in the Oversight tool, resolving exceptions and following up with employees and approvers when additional information or corrections are required
Identify recurring non compliant behaviors or trends and propose process or policy improvements to reduce exceptions over time
Support processing of payments related to T&E activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulatory and internal requirements
Contribute to the transition away from legacy departmental P card and Fifth Third corporate card programs, ensuring smooth handover of responsibilities and clear communication to impacted stakeholders as needed
Systems Administration by acting as primary point of contact (in partnership with the designated technical owner), including configuration changes, user provisioning, policy rule updates, and issue troubleshooting
Act as FCM (travel agency/booking tool) Administrator and point of contact, coordinating with the travel provider to resolve booking issues, maintain traveler profiles, and support program changes
Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements, new functionalities, and integrations impacting T&E processes

Requirements
Basic experience in T&E, accounts payable, corporate card administration, or similar finance operations role (internship or equivalent experience is welcome)
Familiarity with T&E system and corporate card programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply policy and compliance requirements
Solid Excel/Google Sheets and data handling skills for reconciliations, exceptions analysis, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and external partners
Demonstrated customer service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, global environment
Able to identify patterns, root causes, and potential control gaps in T&E data
Manage confidential information appropriately and makes decisions aligned with policy and ethics expectations
