Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Epicor/Syteline Consultant to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing our ERP and CRM systems, with a strong focus on report writing and administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with various departments, address technical challenges, and provide insights for system improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop custom reports to meet the needs of various departments, ensuring accuracy and usability
  • Act as a technical liaison between end-users and system administrators, providing solutions to technical inquiries and challenges
  • Research and resolve issues within the Syteline ERP system, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Collaborate with the team on system upgrades and enhancements, including participation in the potential migration to cloud-based solutions
  • Streamline and optimize the report library by consolidating similar reports into reusable formats
  • Provide administrative support for ERP and CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and system performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and shop floor personnel, to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Utilize Microsoft SQL and SSRS for database queries and reporting
  • Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and support ongoing improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems, including Syteline and Epicor
  • Proficiency in report writing tools such as SSRS and Microsoft SQL
  • Strong understanding of structured query language (SQL) and database management
  • Ability to address technical questions and support system-related inquiries effectively
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address system-related challenges
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with system upgrade processes and cloud-based ERP solutions is preferred
