Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Syteline Purchasing and Planning Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on evaluating, optimizing, and enhancing our Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) system to support efficient planning and purchasing processes. This is a remote role where the consultant will provide strategic insights and system improvements rather than handling daily operational tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Assess the current configuration and workflows of the Infor Syteline system
  • Analyze planning and purchasing operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to ensure effective system integration
  • Provide expert recommendations for improving planning and purchasing workflows
  • Customize system configurations to address identified gaps and streamline processes
  • Offer strategic guidance rather than focusing solely on transactional tasks
  • Ensure the Syteline system supports long-term operational efficiency and scalability
  • Document system changes and provide training to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead system optimization projects to deliver measurable improvements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial, including system setup and configuration
  • Proven expertise in production planning and purchasing processes
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with system optimization and post-implementation assessments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and their specific requirements
  • Stable career history with demonstrated long-term commitments to previous roles
  • Proficiency in scripting, API development, and configuration management related to ERP systems
