Job Responsibility

Conduct technical training sessions in SIG Training Centers worldwide to qualify customers and employees
Prepare, follow up, and document training sessions, including evaluating learning outcomes
Conduct technical assessments and other service products (e.g., Train the Trainer, Coaching)
Responsible for the technical status and condition of the training machines
Create training documentation, including translations and digitalization (eLearning)
Perform non-training-related tasks in the Training Center, such as packaging material and material testing
Advise internal departments and customers on training-related topics
Qualify and, if applicable, certify new system trainers
Actively participate in the setup of new training programs and on-site developments

Appreciated knowledge of the operation of sensors and weapons in combat aircraft, as well as operational training needs

System Detailed Design: Functional requirements specification, modeling & prototyping, subsystem specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), technical drawings, and equipment integration
Supplier Technical Steering: Oversight of suppliers within a V-shaped development framework, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and quality standards and project milestones
Verification & Validation (V&V) Activities: Conducting product laboratory validation, supporting aircraft ground and flight testing, and ensuring the full qualification and certification of the system within strict time constraints
