Job Responsibility:

Support of all software systems, services, and users as needed to support the business
Provides product/software support for logistics solutions: TMS (Trimble Innovative), Omnitracs Roadnet, Trimble TMT, Transflo DMS, Geotab, and others
Provides hardware and software support for mobile devices and management of MDM (SOTI)
Perform data entry for manual database record corrections
Performs IT related administrative tasks such inventory audits, creating documentation, etc.
Assists with AS400 administrative tasks such as user setup, user security and access settings, tape backups, etc.
Assist with software testing and upgrades.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems, Information Technology or similar field) or a minimum 3-5 years equivalent experience is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats
Experience with AS400/iSeries and/or experience with logistics-based software is preferred, but not required
SQL and python knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Nice to have:

SQL and python knowledge
