This role is responsible for coordinating, participating in and assisting with business units’ software support, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems for users, maintenance and development, billing activities and ongoing maintenance of the system tools and program databases. Works with all internal stake holders, technical subject matter experts to successfully resolve technical problems, develop action plans and communicate progress.

Acts in partnership with the accounting department and business unit managers to provide customers with timely and accurate invoices and to provide onboarding information or changes to the accounting team
Backup support to lead status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the project makes progress within expectations
Responsible for following the Cencora Policies and Procedures, supports and complies with company’s policies pertaining to HIPAA, ensures integrity and safeguards protected health information (PHI)

Requirements:
Preferred knowledge of information technology, pharmacy care or medical coordination, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience working with pharmacy support systems with a focus on data integrity, security, and reporting
Demonstrates the ability to fully and accurately assess and resolve issues related to the system, user access, programs, activities, reporting, and related functionalities
Understanding and familiarity with server, network, and computer hardware concepts and functionality
Install and configure hardware and software components
