The Systems Support Senior Analyst role involves providing hands-on desktop support and local connectivity assistance. Job Responsibility:
Participate from day one in the facility build‑out (rack‑and‑stack, basic setup)
Provide ongoing hands‑on desktop and local connectivity support
Assist with rack‑and‑stack of IT equipment (servers, switches, firewalls, APs) under remote engineering guidance
Support initial site setup and basic connectivity checks for access switches, wireless infrastructure, basic firewall/perimeter gear
Image and configure Windows desktops/laptops per standard desktop build
Handle new hire onboarding: Prepare and issue devices, perform standard user setup and configuration
Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Hardware, OS, and standard corporate applications, Printers and common peripherals
Troubleshoot basic LAN/WLAN issues for end‑users (wired and wireless)
Validate ports/VLANs and escalate configuration changes to central teams
Perform basic wireless troubleshooting (signal/SSID/access issues) and escalate complex issues
Work onsite 8x5 during local business hours
support occasional overtime as needed
Cross‑train with the second onsite technician to ensure coverage during absences
Log incidents and requests in the agreed ticketing/ITSM system
Collaborate with Central NOC/infrastructure teams, local business leadership and service delivery managers
Requirements:
1–3 years in desktop support, IT field services, or similar onsite support role
Strong hands‑on experience with Windows desktop/laptop install, configuration, and troubleshooting
