Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Support Administrator to support a range of critical business systems that underpin day-to-day operations across the organisation. Reporting to the Systems Manager, this role is responsible for providing first and second line support for core business systems, ensuring their effective operation and supporting users across the business. The Systems Support Administrator will act as a key point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting ongoing improvements and upgrades.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day system support for Intact, Sage, Crystal Reports, PeopleHR and RDE
  • Act as the first point of contact for system-related support queries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Maintain system data integrity
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Support onboarding and training for users
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors
