Job Responsibility

Maintain the integrity, performance, and availability of all mainframes, Linux, and/or AS400 systems software
Installs, administers, and provides problem resolution support for the mainframe, Linux, and/or AS400 system software and third-party productivity tools
Assists in the support, maintenance, and implementation of network, messaging, data/voice infrastructure, servers, and storage equipment within the IT data center
Conducts end-user support tasks, administrative account changes, and basic end-user troubleshooting
