Job Description

The Systems Processing Analyst is responsible for monitoring Sandhills Global websites and hosted customer services to help ensure continuous up time. When issues are detected, the appropriate on call technician must be notified to resolve the problem. This role also includes processing print publications and converting them into digital editions for display on the corresponding websites. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Windows, and the ability to learn new technologies as they evolve with the company. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision are required. This position requires a high level of professionalism. This is an in-office overnight position with hours from 10 pm to 6 am Monday thru Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a computer related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows
