Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services
Identify opportunity for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans
Review and analyze technical queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supporting low to medium risk technical deliverables

Requirements
2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Provides support for medium complex technical OS and Hardware Support and Maintenance Activities
Prior experience of handling production support, handling Linux systems is a must
Good understanding of writing Ansible playbooks to simplify day to day systems administration work
Develop observability dashboard like Grafana, Splunk & ServiceNow
Troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues using pre-defined guidelines
Knowledge on Infrastructure and Remote Administration of various Infrastructure Devices
Familiar with ticketing and Monitoring tools and Acknowledging the Alerts in time
Familiar with Different Components of Infrastructure like Routers, Switches, Servers, SAN and NAS Devices
Familiar with Infrastructure Service Management Processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
Knowledge or Certification in any of the OS Platform
Able to extract the configuration information and Use basic diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
Ability to Communicate and Co-ordinate with multiple support teams and business communications
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, including the appropriate escalation of critical issues
Understand Process and Environment, working closely with Senior engineers, leads & manager
Develop Skills in Specific domain with the help of self-paced, Instructor led trainings
Technical Support and Working Experience in any of Infrastructure Domain
Support Knowledge with effective communication Skills
Certification or Knowledge on Redhat Linux is a must
