Job Description

This is a hands-on opportunity for a high-potential IT professional who wants to grow. You will have broad exposure across infrastructure, user support, security, and automation, with the opportunity to take initiative, improve processes, and quickly expand your technical skill set. Job Responsibility

  • Provide hands-on support across infrastructure, user systems, and core IT operations in a true team-oriented environment
  • Manage and support user access, account provisioning, email systems, and identity tools (Active Directory, etc.)
  • Step in across responsibilities as needed, including coverage for teammates to ensure continuity of operations
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of issues, including system access, application errors, network connectivity, and endpoint performance
  • Assist with building, configuring, and maintaining servers and infrastructure components
  • Analyze application logs and system behavior to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Develop and document repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (PowerShell or similar) to streamline manual tasks
  • Contribute to security best practices, user access governance, and overall system reliability
  • Support deployments, system upgrades, and ongoing IT initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years across network and infrastructure environments with strong core skills in systems, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Broad technical exposure across systems, support, and infrastructure (true generalist mindset)
  • Experience with user account management, email systems, and access provisioning
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
  • Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers (user, system, application)
  • Experience supporting or deploying endpoints, servers, or hybrid environments
