We are looking for a Systems Manager to join our team in London. As our Systems Manager, you will play a key role in the migration and integration of systems as we bring newly acquired businesses into Lomond. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring that systems are configured, optimized, and aligned with business goals. The role is based at our Liverpool Street office in London and requires working on-site four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week. This role offers a realistic OTE range of £50,000 pa.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee system migrations and integrations from newly acquired businesses into our platforms
Configure, maintain, and enhance software including Reapit, Goodlord, and Fixflo
Working across the group
Reporting into the COO
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in systems management, ideally within the property management or real estate industry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Reapit, Goodlord, and Fixflo
Demonstrated experience in managing system migrations, preferably in an environment with high acquisition volume
Proactive, with a solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and optimising systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
