Job Description

Optimise site inventory and WMS performance to drive supply chain efficiency and delivery. AM shift available | Tuesday to Saturday & Sunday to Thursday. Brand new site based in Eastern Creek.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee total site inventory, manage cycle counting and replenishment processes and investigate pick errors, shortages and damaged stock
  • Analyse WMS data and system behavior patterns to identify and implement process improvements and enhance pick efficiencies
  • Ensure seamless data flow between WMS and SAP, conduct root cause analysis on inventory losses
  • Generate reports on key performance metrics like order fulfillment and slot utilisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory and systems management within a DC, retail or FMCG environment
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using data to drive actionable insights and efficiency
  • Skills in guiding and mentoring colleagues, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff
  • Demonstrated competency in Excel or Google Sheets, SAP and various computer programs
  • Familiarity with automated movement systems is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced business
