Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as secretariat for the weekly review boards to coordinate meeting logistics, facilitate discussions, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed including establishing meeting dates, times, agendas, and locations, as well as recording votes, meeting minutes, tracking action items, and to ensure that project submissions are completed using the correct templates
  • Support collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement adjustments to the organization’s governance process and review board
  • Provide support by tracking incoming actions and tickets and ensure timely responses
  • Support office-level system integrator if need arises
  • Provide support to facilitate effective communication among teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations both oral and written at project level as well as executive level
  • Ability to work cooperatively & collaboratively across groups to support Office-level business processes
  • Provide monthly and/or weekly reporting

  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
