Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, organize, and document regular and ad hoc meetings
  • Facilitate decision meetings/forums, as necessary, to ensure data-driven decision-making and document decisions for the record

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate information flow occurring between all programs and organizational managers
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components
  • Demonstrated experience developing and refining governance processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic objectives into implementation plans and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze metrics to propose process improvements and inform decision-making
