Boeing Global Service is looking for a Systems Integration Specialist (Level 2 or 3) to support the Supply Chain Enable - Government Processes and Tools ACQ team onsite in Hazelwood, MO. A strong candidate will have familiarity with the Acquisitions (ACQ) Enablement Team, a strong knowledge of the transactional proposals and orders processes, and the ability to contribute excellent results to a small high-performing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities
  • Supports development and implementation of business architecture
  • Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information
  • Develops and updates information dashboards and reports
  • Supports system readiness testing
  • Supports administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation
  • Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities
  • Supports system changes and integration efforts
  • Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery
  • Conducts functional presentations and program reviews
  • Serves as subject matter expert to improve the existing ACQ application and its capabilities
  • Influences, negotiates, and acts as a change agent with a diverse audience for complex process and application improvements
  • Become a process focal for the transactional/non-complex business portfolio
  • Ensures accurate deliverables, maintains results, and communicates to functional subject matter experts and leaders
  • Facilitates development and assists with deployment of integrated strategic plans for process improvement/management and organizational direction
  • Supports strategic planning efforts by researching established procedures/guidelines and identifying/implementing process improvements
  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, and change management activities of solutions to complex problems with solutions that are consistent with organization objectives
  • Facilitates development of the business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements as reflected in commitments, opportunities and risks to the Business Plan
  • Collaborates and partners with other organizations (e.g., Contracts, DLA Program, Estimating, Supply Chain, etc.) to provide better processes and solutions and to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Leads the analysis of proposal and/or order data and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support systems
  • Directs resolution of technical issues
  • Develop capability to be a subject matter expert in the Acquisitions (ACQ) application (includes supporting pre-deployment testing, trouble-shooting, creating training materials, driving requirements, etc.)
  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Material Estimating, or Contracts
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledgeable in transactional spares process
  • 1+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment
  • Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with Acquisitions (ACQ) application
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with the Acquisitions (ACQ) application. This includes the Request for Proposal (RFP) module and/or the Contracts Analysis Acceptance Tool (CAAT) module
  • 1 + years of experience working with Government contracts
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and experience producing ad-hoc analytical reports
