The IS Specialist is responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into effective solutions. This role involves driving improvement projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing expertise in process and change management. Candidates should have experience in SAP and application support, with a focus on performance measurement and reporting. The IS Specialist can most simply and accurately be defined as a person with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better solutions.

Establish process performance measurement system to control and report end-to-end process performance

Develop and maintain best process management approach for Business and IT
Provide expertise in change management, process management and project management
Develop process standards and evaluate tools
Provide support for regular SAP and non-SAP application sustenance activities including incident management and assisting in P1 critical tickets
Guide and assist application support suppliers, internal IS members, BU leads and users in issue resolution, new project initiation, requirement gathering, UAT and production cutover
Coordinate with 3rd parties like IT supplier, Infra support suppliers, other affiliates for issue resolution
Produce regular reports, updates to IS and BU management, prepare status reports for regular and ad-hoc meetings, incident reporting for sustenance activities
