Job Description

The Systems Integration Specialist Advisor will lead the administration of critical geospatial and reporting platforms, requiring extensive experience in Esri ArcGIS and SAP BusinessObjects. This role demands strong technical skills in system administration, performance tuning, and automation scripting. Job Responsibility

  • Lead administration, operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Esri ArcGIS enterprise platform and the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence environment
  • Administer and maintain enterprise GIS platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, and Portal for ArcGIS
  • Install, configure, patch, and upgrade ArcGIS components
  • Manage geospatial web services
  • Support integration of GIS services with enterprise applications
  • Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
  • Administer and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform
  • Manage platform security, user roles, groups, and authentication
  • Monitor and optimize report server performance
  • Provide ongoing operations and maintenance support
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve system performance issues
  • Support deployments across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based environments
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience supporting enterprise application platforms
  • Minimum 7 years of experience administering GIS platforms, including Esri ArcGIS technologies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering Business Intelligence platforms, including SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise systems within a Federal Government agency
  • Experience with hybrid or cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse environments or analytics platforms
  • Experience integrating GIS platforms with enterprise reporting or business intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Experience administering enterprise environments including ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Experience with Windows Server system administration and enterprise application hosting environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database
