We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). Job Responsibility:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Design Operations function and Central Design capability, ensuring smooth delivery governance, effective team enablement and reliable management of processes, tools and reporting
  • Help strengthen the operational backbone of our design community and enabling design at scale

Requirements:

  • Governance & process management
  • Support/adminster governance frameworks
  • Represent CIB Design on cross team calls, with Accessibility and Group Governance
  • Maintain documentation, trackers and operational playbooks
  • Tools (must): Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, Figjam
  • Operational Delivery & Enablement
  • Drive and coordinate central and community planning activities
  • Support onboarding and team set up processes
  • Enable tooling adoption and operational readiness across teams
  • Tools such as: (Internal platforms such as) Service Now, Fusion, group inbox management
  • Data, Reporting & Insight
  • Maintain operational trackers and dashboards
  • Produce regular reporting packs and performance summaries
  • Support data syntheses to inform planning and team decision making
  • Provide analysis and suggestions for process and team optimisation
  • Tools such as: Monday.com, Userlytics, Optimal Workshop
  • Ways of Working/Process optimisation
  • Support optimisation of workflows and operational efficiencies with a: Working knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Lean process improvement
  • Working knowledge or familiarity of Design Thinking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Confident stakeholder coordination across distributed teams
  • Clear, progressional written communication in English
  • Comfortable partnering on cross-functional collaboration (facilitation skills would be a bonus)

  • Interest in the design industry (doesn’t have to be digital) and design operational best practices
