Job Description: Onshore Architect / Senior Developer – Entra ID MFA Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Onshore Architect with strong development skills to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Entra ID Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) across our enterprise. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands‑on development to support secure, modern identity solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the architecture and rollout of Entra ID MFA and modern authentication solutions
  • Design secure authentication flows using major industry protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, WS-Fed, FIDO2, certificate-based authentication)
  • Implement and optimize Conditional Access policies and MFA enrollment experiences
  • Support application teams with integration, modernization, and migration to modern authentication
  • Develop automation and integration components using .NET, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and guidance to onshore/offshore teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID
  • Strong hands-on experience with MFA, Conditional Access, and modern authentication protocols
  • Development experience in C#/.NET, PowerShell, and API integrations
  • Solid understanding of Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity, and cloud security concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications (SC-300, SC-100, AZ-305)
  • Experience with Entra ID Governance, B2B/B2C, or Zero Trust security models
