Job Description:

The Systems Engineering Senior Specialist role at NTT DATA involves managing and troubleshooting Active Directory and Azure AD systems. Candidates should have strong skills in incident response, group policy administration, and DNS management. Flexibility in schedules is required, as the role may involve on-call support. The position is part of a dedicated security team focused on ensuring system integrity and security. Job Responsibility:

  • Incidents response of Active Directory, Azure AD, and OS/server tickets
  • Group policy administration and implementation
  • Reporting and review of all connectivity, synchronization, replication within Active Directory
  • DNS health and performance
  • Sites and services - Missing or incorrectly assigned subnets
  • NTP Reporting, configuration and accuracy
  • Monitoring/reporting/reviewing all metrics and changes around netlogon, NTDS Database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, Trust relationships
  • Review of domain controllers, application, and security events to find any issues or trends
  • Work with security teams to respond to emergency or critical vulnerabilities, patching or changes as required
  • Response to NON-AD or believed to be AD related issues such as 3rd party application authentication issues, windows/RDP login issues, LDAP query issues, Kerberos errors, NTP errors
  • Windows Server OS maintenance, Patching, Upgrades, Hardware tickets, troubleshooting
  • On-call rotation

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering or administration
  • Strong skills in incident response, group policy administration, and DNS management
  • Strong Active Directory/Identity skills
