Job Description

The Systems Engineering Senior Specialist role at NTT DATA involves managing and troubleshooting Active Directory and Azure AD systems. Job Responsibility

  • Incidents response of Active Directory, Azure AD, and OS/server tickets
  • Group policy administration and implementation
  • Reporting and review of all connectivity, synchronization, replication within Active Directory
  • DNS health and performance
  • Sites and services - Missing or incorrectly assigned subnets
  • NTP Reporting, configuration and accuracy
  • Monitoring/reporting/reviewing all metrics and changes around netlogon, NTDS Database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, Trust relationships
  • Review of domain controllers, application, and security events to find any issues or trends
  • Work with security teams to respond to emergency or critical vulnerabilities, patching or changes as required
  • Response to NON-AD or believed to be AD related issues such as 3rd party application authentication issues, windows/RDP login issues, LDAP query issues, Kerberos errors, NTP errors
  • Windows Server OS maintenance, Patching, Upgrades, Hardware tickets, troubleshooting
  • On-call rotation

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering or administration
  • Strong skills in incident response, group policy administration, and DNS management
  • Strong Active Directory/Identity skills
