Experience in People Management and Performance Management
Experience in application of SAE ARP 4754 for Systems Engineering aspects

Experience in performing System Safety Assessments

Job Responsibility

Manage a team of systems engineers to develop and handle product line system requirements
Decompose aircraft level requirements and/or customer use cases to product line level i.e. equipment / systems level requirements and establish tracing
Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Design Engineering
Develop project or operational plans aligned with department's objectives
Implement plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
Assign authority and responsibilities to employees to implement the plan
Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues
Monitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan
Forecasts resource needs and make hiring decisions
