This role involves providing advanced technical support and contributing to the successful implementation of various IT projects within a managed services framework. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in systems and network management, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of critical technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver expert-level support for escalated technical issues across systems and network environments
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Manage Azure Active Directory services, ensuring reliable access and security
  • Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to support virtual desktop environments
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange to ensure efficient email communication systems
  • Develop and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct system performance evaluations and apply necessary improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance system reliability
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Active Directory, including configuration and administration
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Active Directory
  • Solid knowledge of Citrix technologies and their applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee IT initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team
