Job Responsibility:
Lead Systems Operations: Implement scalable, secure, high-performing system solutions with an enterprise mindset
in alignment with IT structural standards. Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing health of systems infrastructure and leading Level 2 systems service desk support
Optimize System Performance: Analyze, isolate, and address issues causing system efficiencies and present opportunities for improvement to IT leadership
Resolve Performance Issues: Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term
Drive Cost Efficiency: Identify and manage cost optimization opportunities, regularly driving down the cost of commodity IT and always maintaining a value for cost mindset.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Disaster Recovery, PowerShell, SQL, Backup systems, Virtualization (VMWare), Windows systems including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS
Results-based experience performing a lead infrastructure role
Ability to make challenging decisions in a timely fashion across highly complex and multidimensional environments
Authorized to work in the United States.
