We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and advancing our SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. Your expertise will help streamline business processes and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the migration of on-premises SharePoint servers to SharePoint Online, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, to enhance business productivity
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and develop technology-driven improvements
Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex SharePoint and Power Platform issues
Establish and enforce governance policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks for platform usage
Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and adjustments
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system architecture, user guides, and operational procedures
Work closely with the IT Security team to ensure solutions align with organizational security standards
Explore and promote the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to enhance automation and productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in building and managing SharePoint Online environments
Expertise in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and features
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Citrix Technologies
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
