The C2ISR Division (AFLCMC/C3I) delivers comprehensive, cradle-to-grave life cycle management for a diverse portfolio of Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) systems supporting Air Force and Joint operations worldwide. Headquartered at Robins Air Force Base, GA, the division provides end-to-end support across major platforms and systems including the U-2, E-8C JSTARS, Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS), and the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), as well as additional programs transitioning into sustainment. The division executes full-spectrum life cycle management functions spanning acquisition, systems engineering, supply chain and materiel management, maintenance, financial planning and budgeting, security, flight test, and contracting.
