Job Description

Are you passionate about Enterprise Content Management, solution engineering, and building scalable digital platforms? We are looking for a System Engineer to join our People Platform team supporting OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors. You will play a key role in configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting our enterprise document management platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and implement OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Design and configure Business Workspaces, workspace hierarchies, document types, metadata, security models, and business rules
  • Develop and maintain WebReports, LiveReports, workflows, event scripts, and automation solutions
  • Configure and develop custom Content Server user interfaces, Smart View extensions, perspectives, forms, and widgets
  • Develop and maintain integrations between OpenText xECM, SAP SuccessFactors, PowerDocs, DocuSign, and other enterprise applications
  • Develop and consume REST APIs and troubleshoot enterprise integrations
  • Support platform upgrades, deployments, migrations, and implementation activities
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues while maintaining platform stability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Specialists, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver business requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize platform performance, scalability, and automation

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, implementation, and platform administration
  • Strong experience configuring Business Workspaces, workspace hierarchies, document types, categories, metadata, security models, permissions, and business rules within OpenText Content Server
  • Extensive experience developing OpenText WebReports, LiveReports, Content Server Workflows, Event Scripts, and workflow automation
  • Experience developing and configuring custom user interfaces within OpenText Content Server, including Smart View customizations, perspectives, widgets, forms, and UI extensions
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication mechanisms, and OpenText Content Server APIs
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, cloud integrations, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues
  • Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or major rollout of OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of OpenText PowerDocs, document generation, template development, and document automation will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of PowerDocs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Google Cloud Platform, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise monitoring tools will be considered an advantage
