Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288
Develop and deliver a work product in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas
Perform analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations
Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas
Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of multiple work products in Project and/or Technical Process Areas associated with any of the ISO/IEC 15288 processes

Must hold a current FS Poly clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college/university plus four (6) years of systems engineering experience
Or 10 years without a degree
Strong project management skills to provide engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows
Ability to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model
Ability to form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and data needs of users
Good understanding of customer data flow architecture
Ability to work as a key contributor in an agile development environment
Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT
Hands-on technical experience with data flow engineering to include architecture planning and diagrams, DMR support, mapping data into standard data models, and understanding MPO processing architecture
Experience with integrating tactical data into national data systems and repositories
Or, military service experience integrating and coordinating with MPO
