Job Responsibility
Assist in gathering and processing stakeholder goals and KPIs under supervision
Support translation of product goals into basic system requirements
Help generate interface control documents for subsystem interactions
Specify functional and non-functional requirements in subsystem specification documents
Participate in conceptual design and documentation processes
Support analyzing impact when there are changes to stakeholder requirements
Assist Safety Engineers in analyzing systems/subsystems to mitigate risk exposure
Assist in design reviews and ensure traceability of requirements
Support development of verification and acceptance test cases
Help review test plans and procedures for alignment with requirements
Provide input for workflow optimization and risk management tools
Participate in proposal inputs and customer meetings as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience in requirements elicitation or related engineering tasks
Familiarity with product development lifecycle for complex systems
Exposure to autonomous systems or robotics preferred
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Foundational knowledge of design principles and hardware development
Strong communication and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jama Connect, Polarion, or other requirement management software
Experience with safety analysis such as HARAs, STPAs, FMEAs, and others
