Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, plus relevant professional experience
  • At least four (4) years of engineering experience in systems, hardware, software, or related technical fields
  • Experience applying systems engineering practices, including requirements development, interface management, and verification planning
  • Exposure to aviation or aerospace systems, particularly within defense environments
  • Hands‑on familiarity with electronic hardware and system‑level integration
  • Understanding of RF or radio‑electronics fundamentals
  • Ability to support flight‑test activities, including coordination with test teams and on‑site engineering work
  • Basic knowledge of C++ or other programming languages
  • Ability to adjust to shifting technical and program demands
