Boeing’s Phantom Works Missile Defense National Teams are hiring Systems Engineers to work at Huntsville, AL at the intersection of mission outcomes, architecture, analysis, integration, and test. On the Boeing-led Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) National Team, you’ll help the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) shape system-level concepts, architectures, requirements, and assessments that drive incremental upgrades to America’s Missile Defense System. On the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team, you’ll help evolve the integrating element that links sensors and weapons and synchronizes operations to deliver a layered defense across all phases of flight. Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of Experienced and Lead Systems Engineers in the following disciplines: Systems Architecture, Requirements and Interfaces; Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation; Modeling and Simulation
