ITC is a woman-owned small business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid or Senior-level Systems Engineer or Senior Program Integrator to assist with COOP operations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the technical director with COOP operations for system and services in accordance with COOP guidance
Developing Confluence and JIRA Roadmaps (including workflows)
Developing, documenting, and maintaining hardware- and software-version -control policies, procedures and build scripts
Configuring and operating approved configuration-management tools to store, track, and manage all configuration items across build, staging, testing, and integration environments
Responding to technical actions for senior government stakeholders
Supporting periodic testing of COOP operations, after-action reviews, and continuous-improvement recommendations
Requirements:
TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
Systems Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Fourteen (14) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Systems Engineer III: TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired). Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Twenty (20) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Program Integrator III: Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
You must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
