Systems Design & Automation Engineer

• Designing, building, and operating an automation-first platform leveraging RHEL, Ansible Automation Platform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AWS
• Enabling self-service for application teams through secure, scalable, and observable platform capabilities
• Automating platform operations using Ansible (Core & Automation Platform)
• Designing and maintaining IaC for AWS resources with Terraform
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and configuration
• Standardizing RHEL lifecycle management (build, harden, patch)
• Developing and documenting architecture/design standards and best practices for the Linux environment
• Creating secure patterns for identity, access, and secrets management
• Building self-service experiences (catalog items, reference architectures)

• 5+ years Linux administration (RHEL expertise)
• 3+ years AWS at scale
• multi-account governance
• Hands-on with Ansible and Terraform
• Strong scripting (Bash/Python) and CI/CD experience
• Knowledge of security/compliance and cloud networking fundamentals
• Experience with production operations and incident management

• Red Hat/AWS certifications
• Kubernetes/EKS or OpenShift experience
• Policy-as-Code, image pipelines, and cost optimization exposure
