Job Responsibility:
Data extraction & manipulation
Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
Preparation & management of multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post)
Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance
Examine & communicate trends from reports
Develop, establish & maintain standardised reporting across Consumer Finance
Develop and maintain mail merge templates
Identify & recommend solutions for data and process issues
Preparation of month-end reporting within required deadlines
Provide support to the Supervisor including adhoc tasks & assignments as required
All other reasonable duties as requested or required on occasion

Requirements:
Absolute attention to detail, thoroughness & accuracy
An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy) and Debt Collections
Results orientated in areas of accurate reporting & problem solving
