Job Responsibility

  • Data extraction & manipulation
  • Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
  • Preparation & management of multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post)
  • Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance
  • Examine & communicate trends from reports
  • Develop, establish & maintain standardised reporting across Consumer Finance
  • Develop and maintain mail merge templates
  • Identify & recommend solutions for data and process issues
  • Preparation of month-end reporting within required deadlines
  • Provide support to the Supervisor including adhoc tasks & assignments as required
