Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and administer insurance platforms and web experiences, translating user requirements into practical solutions
  • Maintain configuration standards, document changes, and communicate impacts to users
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers and analysts to define test scenarios, support testing, and assist post-implementation
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to align configuration tasks with delivery goals
  • Support data integrity and optimize system performance through proactive configuration management
  • Assist in rollout and release planning, ensuring configuration readiness and version control
  • Provide training and guidance to users on system functionality and configuration impacts
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities and contribute to roadmap discussions with vendors

Requirements:

  • Analytical thinker with a passion for solving problems and improving systems
  • Experience with simple website development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) or UI design is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile ways of working
  • Experience with insurance platforms, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft SQL Server scripting, or SaaS platforms is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues
