Job Description

The Systems Completion (SC) Lead is responsible for implementing the systems completion process on executing projects. This includes development or review of the Systems Completion Database (SCDB) and oversight of project team Systems Completion Clerks and the SCDB Administrator.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and provide guidance in developing Systems Completion strategies, execution plans, and procedures
  • Monitor progress in commissioning activities and assist in resolving Systems Completion issues
  • Promote actions to ensure systems/subsystems reach final completion for handover to downstream pre-commissioning works

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through supervisory or lead positions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build consensus and maintain strong working relationships
  • Adaptability to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities
  • Knowledge of project completions activities and commissioning practices
  • Familiarity with Systems Completion Database software (e.g., WinPCS, MC+, CoConsole, Orbit)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
