Job Description:

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Systems Architect III for our client partner. The individual will work closely with Information Technology professionals to ensure technical components are available for projects and working properly. They will work closely with the supervisor and project teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, and define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. They will have the ability to direct a small team in completing tasks, improving on operational support or maintenance, and document processes as needed. Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of the start date at their own expense. (90% remote and 10% onsite). Primarily remote, but candidate must be available to come onsite if needed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience analyzing new and current technologies used within an organization with the ability to document and recommend solutions to improve on performance, stability, and cost savings
  • 7+ years experience leading a project team as a technical expert in system implementation
  • 10+ years expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers
  • 5+ years high-level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere
  • Must be physically located in the United States
  • Must be Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of start date at own expense
  • Must be available to perform all work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am – 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)
  • Must be available to come onsite if needed
  • Will be required to provide their own equipment
