We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Systems & Integration Analyst to join our IT team. This role blends systems analysis, project coordination, technical implementation, and user support. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities across system migrations, training, documentation, and user adoption initiatives. You’ll play a key role in integrating recent acquisitions into our technology stack. This role will also be the onsite technical contact during the deployment of those technologies. You will work with the existing acquisition IT staff to assess the needs of the business, align it with our transition plan, support users through the change moment, and ensure that our technical rollouts are timely, well-documented, and low impact. Travel is required as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices
Provide tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and service restoration during project go-live efforts
Participate in system migrations of acquisitions, and integrations across platforms such as Active Directory, O365, network, and telephony systems
Coordinate deployments, user transitions, and post go-live support
Collaborate with internal engineers and project teams to ensure a smooth implementation
Track and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Draft, review, and distribute project communications and deployment documentation
Manage training logistics and go-live support across multiple time zones and user groups
Maintain organized records, tracking sheets, and documentation for audits and operational transparency
Coordinate, develop, and deliver user migration training materials and sessions (onsite, remote, and virtual)
Support user adoption with empathy and clear communication
Update internal documentation and knowledge base materials
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
4–8 years of directly related experience in systems analysis, IT implementation, or integration
Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, Network+, A+, ITIL) preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, 11, Server 2016/2019)
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Entra, MFA, and cloud-based systems
Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with endpoint security, firewalls, and VPN (Meraki, Palo Alto, Sonicwall)
Experience managing and deploying telephony migrations, phone number porting, VOIP, Webex, ATA, etc.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
Ability to translate technical details into simple, user-friendly language
Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Empathetic and effective in guiding users through technology transitions
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and protocols
