This role combines structured data management, operational reporting support and day-to-day systems maintenance. You’ll take ownership of data input and output across a range of systems and get involved in a variety of technical projects, working with our restaurant and central support teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating and maintaining product and pricing data in EPOS
  • Managing product and recipe setup in inventory systems
  • Supporting seasonal menu updates and promotions
  • Ensuring data consistency between systems
  • Producing structured reports (sales, GP, promotions, guest metrics)
  • Data validation
  • Supporting day-to-day system administration
  • Assisting with upgrades, launches and configuration changes
  • Preparing system set-up for new restaurant openings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data management, systems support or a related role
  • Experience working with structured datasets within operational systems
  • Experience with EPOS, product and/or inventory management systems
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data validation & structured data manipulation)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK Driving licence & access to your own vehicle

Nice to have

  • Exposure to BI tools or dashboard reporting
  • Experience within a hospitality or retail environment
  • Experience working with third-party system providers
  • An understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • A supporting qualification in a related field
