Job Description

Glendale is looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Systems and Compliance Administrator to join our management team. This role is the engine room of our local operations, with a primary focus on our Elmbridge contract, while also providing essential support across Kingston and Merton. You will be responsible for ensuring that our people are paid accurately, our compliance is unassailable and our administrative systems run with absolute precision.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the daily management of GLive
  • Develop real-time work programmes
  • Adapt work programmes in response to stakeholder requests or changing environmental conditions
  • Provide training and support to operational staff
  • Assist with the implementation and auditing of QHSE standards
  • Collate data to produce monthly and annual performance reports
  • Act as an internal auditor for QHSE compliance
  • Manage the full lifecycle of our employees
  • Take ownership of invoicing and aged debt
  • Use our purchase order system (E5)
  • Act as the professional first point of contact for the contracts
