We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst 4 to support a large-scale Medicaid initiative. This role requires deep expertise in data conversion, data analysis, and testing within healthcare claims environments, specifically MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems) or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to lead complex data migration and validation efforts across multiple systems.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end data conversion strategy, including mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation
Perform detailed analysis of large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies
Develop and execute data validation strategies to ensure accuracy and completeness during migration
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies (SIT, UAT, E2E)
Support testing of COTS applications and integrations across MMIS/MES modules
Create business test scenarios, test cases, and test data
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in: Data analysis (large datasets, trend identification)
Data conversion, mapping rules, and validation
ETL design and data transformation
SQL/Teradata query development
Data quality assurance and reconciliation
Programming logic
5+ years of experience with: Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
Proven experience in Agile testing environments (functional, integration, regression)
Strong ability to document conversion logic, validation results, and testing artifacts
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with MMIS or large-scale healthcare claims processing systems
Prior experience working with Conduent
Familiarity with Mainframe and DB2 testing
Experience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
