Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with a strong background in compliance frameworks, particularly the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and/or NIST SP 800-53, as well as technical expertise in Windows system administration, Group Policy (GPO) management, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of IT systems with a focus on compliance, automation, and security posture enhancement.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze system configurations and assess alignment with compliance standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks)
Design, implement, and maintain GPOs to enforce security and configuration policies across the enterprise
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation, monitoring, and reporting
Support audits and security assessments by providing documentation and remediation plans
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure system integrity and security
Maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and system architecture
Provide recommendations for system improvements and risk mitigation based on vulnerability assessments and compliance gaps
Assist in configuration management and change control processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
strong background in compliance frameworks, particularly the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and/or NIST SP 800-53
technical expertise in Windows system administration, Group Policy (GPO) management, and PowerShell scripting
