We’re seeking a Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to help design, maintain, and optimize secure identity and authentication solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technical identity systems and business analysis, supporting both enterprise users and application integrations. You’ll work closely with IAM, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless authentication, authorization, and access governance across cloud and hybrid environments.
Job Responsibility:
Design, configure, and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory in hybrid environments
Manage user accounts, security groups, RBAC, and identity lifecycle processes
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues across SaaS and internal applications
Support B2B/B2C identity scenarios, guest access, and external identity providers as needed
Enforce security best practices including least privilege (PoLP) and segregation of duties (SoD)
Gather and document business and technical requirements for identity-related initiatives
Translate business needs into functional specifications and integration designs
Create and maintain documentation: workflows, system diagrams, SOPs, and configuration guides
Partner with stakeholders to analyze gaps and recommend identity and access improvements
Support UAT, releases, and post-implementation validation
Provide Tier 2/3 support for identity and access issues, including on-call rotation if required
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business users
Coordinate with vendors and application teams during SSO onboarding and upgrades
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Systems Support
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience supporting remote and hybrid users
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar MDM tools
Exposure to SSO, MFA, and identity management
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) a plus
