Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing clinical applications to enhance efficiency and improve patient care. You will serve as a critical link between clinical workflows and technology, ensuring systems meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clinical staff and IT teams to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Configure, test, and deploy clinical applications, including upgrades, new functionalities, and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating timely resolutions
  • Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements by maintaining system integrity
  • Create and manage HL7 interfaces for secure and accurate data exchange between clinical systems
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, and post-go-live support for clinical applications
  • Utilize reporting tools to create automated processes and generate operational and clinical reports
  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams, IT staff, and external vendors to gather requirements and communicate system updates
  • Document and track all system issues, enhancement requests, and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • equivalent experience may be considered
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or information technology, with a focus on clinical systems
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and familiarity with HL7 interfaces
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and document workflows
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
