Job Description

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst to support their enterprise applications environment, with a primary focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). This role is responsible for day-to-day system support, user management, data integrity, and assisting with upgrades and enhancements.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide Tier 1 support for JD Edwards E1, Halo, Smartsheet, and other applications
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues and escalate when needed
  • Manage user access, accounts, and password resets
  • Maintain data integrity (master data, Address Book uploads, reporting support)
  • Support E1 functions including ship confirmations, Orchestrator errors, and system updates
  • Assist with testing, validation, and documentation for system upgrades
  • Support integrations such as Noosh buyer mapping into E1

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting JD Edwards E1 or Oracle ERP systems
  • Help desk or technical systems support experience
