Systems Analyst III

Act as a senior-level systems analyst to conduct comprehensive analysis and documentation

• 8-10 years of experience (4 years of education can be included in years of experience)
• Experience inventorying, analyzing, and documenting eligibility determination logic, business rules, batch processes, system interfaces, and operational workflows operating within a hybrid environment that includes Mainframe batch programs, COBOL modules, SQL-based logic, an Enterprise Java web application, Java Web Services, and a Business Rules Engine such as Corticon
• Ability to produce structured documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, rule inventories, pseudocode representations, traceability matrices, interface documentation, and system architecture documentation to support operational sustainability, audit readiness, knowledge transfer, and modernization planning
• Must be current Wisconsin resident
