Systems Administrator

• Administer and enhance server, cloud, and platform environments to maintain dependable support for business applications, data, and core infrastructure
• Manage user access by provisioning and removing accounts, maintaining permission controls, and reinforcing password and security standards across shared systems
• Monitor system health, resource utilization, and platform performance to identify issues early and maintain stable day-to-day operations
• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives across infrastructure, application support, cybersecurity, identity management, compliance, and hosted environments
• Oversee AWS technologies, ensuring services are configured, maintained, and aligned with operational requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to plan, configure, and administer server environments and network-connected systems
• Troubleshoot complex incidents affecting servers, cloud services, and enterprise platforms, taking ownership through resolution to minimize business disruption
• Support file management, archival processes, and shared resource administration while maintaining appropriate governance and access controls
• Evaluate, integrate, and support tools used for network management, automation, and operational administration of internet-facing and internal components

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute training in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on relevant experience
• 2–3 years of experience administering Windows Server environments, including legacy and current enterprise server platforms
• 2–3 years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies
• 2–3 years of experience with network communications, including TCP/IP, file sharing services, and permission management
• 2–3 years of relevant experience supporting cloud-based environments, with AWS strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of IT experience in systems operations, infrastructure support, maintenance, and administration within networked environments
• 5–8 years of experience in information systems engineering or a closely related technical field

Additional experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure is highly desirable
