We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team in New Gloucester, Maine. In this role, you will focus on supporting and enhancing Salesforce automation, portal functionality, and data configurations critical to recruitment, enrollment, and financial aid processes. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to work on innovative solutions and ensure seamless operations across the student and applicant lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered and scheduled automations, to support recruitment, enrollment, and financial aid workflows
Collaborate on the deployment and review of Salesforce configurations, ensuring changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before production
Assist in the design and maintenance of Experience Cloud portals, including enhancing Lightning Web Components for improved user accessibility and functionality
Create and manage custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and formula fields to align with evolving business requirements
Support the integration of Salesforce data with portal components and ensure data accuracy across both standard and custom objects
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data configurations, ensuring processes are reliable and scalable
Partner with senior administrators and developers to enhance system stability and user experience through best practices and detailed documentation
Validate system changes in sandbox environments and ensure production readiness
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows and updates to ensure operational consistency
Requirements:
A minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered and scheduled automations
Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and a basic understanding of Lightning Web Components
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, custom fields, and formula fields
Experience working in sandbox environments and supporting production deployments
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage business-critical processes effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team environment
Nice to have:
Preferred qualifications include exposure to higher education systems, enrollment workflows, and Salesforce Administrator Certification or active progress toward it
